FAQ
Questions members ask.
Do you hold my money?
No. Your funds stay in your own account at your broker, in your name. Bullion Station places trades on that account only while you have copying switched on, and you can switch it off or unlink at any time.
I'm new to trading — is this for me?
Yes. Our three weekly trading calls start from how to read a gold chart and place a trade in MT5, and Jess's mindset calls cover the side most courses skip: staying calm and building a plan you'll actually follow. Ask anything — no question is too basic.
Do I have to copy trades automatically?
No. Plenty of members follow the calls and place their own trades. Copying is per channel and entirely optional.
How much do I need in my account?
It depends on the card you choose. Each card shows the smallest balance it can trade safely, and the app won't let you switch on a card your account can't carry. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
Why do I need to use a partner broker?
Membership is tied to an account opened through the Society's partner link — it's how we confirm you're a member, it's what keeps the Society free to join, and it gets you the lowest app price (£49.99 a month instead of £150). Our partner brokers support MT5, which the copy trading needs.
Is it really free to join?
Yes. The community, the desk's calls, the weekly trading calls and Jess's mindset calls are free. The only paid part is the optional Bullion Station app, for alerts, copy trading, the journal and the mindset tools: £49.99 a month if your broker account is with one of our partner brokers, £100 a month for partner members, and £150 a month for everyone else.
Can I use it on a funded / prop account?
Yes — FTMO accounts link directly, and prop mode adds daily-loss limits that stop copying before your firm's rules are broken. Check your own firm's rules on copy trading first.
How do I cancel the app?
In the app: Your account → Plan → Cancel. Your place in the Society isn't affected. No emails, no phone calls. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can change your mind before then.
Do you publish results?
Not on this site. We'd rather show you how we trade than make promises about returns. Past trades are visible to members in the app, losses included.
